Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours during weekdays, excluding holidays. Weekend orders will be processed and shipped on Monday. International orders may require an extra day for customs paperwork to be completed.

Unless discussed prior to purchase, all domestic orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 days). International shipping will be shipped USPS Airmail (4-6 days).

Return Policy
We strive to provide products that meet your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 30 days of the shipment date of your product. The product must be in a new/unused condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For free or discounted shipping offers, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Products returned for a refund will be credited within 10 business days of the receipt of the item. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.

Product Warranty
We have a 1 year warranty from defects in manufacturing and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it at no cost to you, the original purchaser. In the event of a discontinued product that is no longer available, we will offer an exchange for a similarly priced item or a refund. This warranty only covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship and does not cover improper care, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental dammage.

For all returns please send an email to returns@prototronix.com to receive an RMA number and instructions for returning your item. Include in the email your name, order number, and reason for return.
